Supporting Youth Sports: Burke Chevrolet Donates $1,000 to Nonotuck Valley Hockey in Western Massachusetts
On October 28th, 2025, we were able to host some bright faces from the Nonotuck Valley Youth Hockey Association (NVHA) right here at the dealership! As the kids grew excited at the sight of our 2026 Corvette, we proudly presented the NVHA players and coach Jessie with a $1,000 donation through the Chevy Youth Sports program. To us, this isn't just a check; it's an investment straight into the heart of local youth sports. This support goes right back to their equipment and operations, helping our local kids stay active and build great memories both on and off the ice. A huge shout-out to Coach Jessie for bringing the crew by and letting us share in their spirit! Good luck in your season, NVHA. We're proud to be on your team!
Giving Back to the Ones Who Gave Us Their All: Burke Chevrolet Joins Hadley Community Member’s Fight in Annual Sox for Vets Drive
This November, Hadley community member Mary Tudryn is striving to collect over 500 pairs of socks for the Annual Sox for Vets Drive. Inspired by her dedicated efforts, our team, here at Burke Chevrolet, is contributing a $250 donation to purchase essential socks, ensuring warm feet this winter for the veterans who served our country. To donate new socks, please drop them off by the November 12th, 2025, deadline at any of the following community locations: the North Hadley Sugar Shack, Hopkins Academy, Hadley American Legion, and The Club & Pavillion. We thank Mary for her passion and for giving us the opportunity to join this important community effort.
Light Up the Community: Burke Chevrolet Sponsors The 2nd Annual Florence Lighted Tractor Parade
Thank you to the Florence Civic and Business Association for inviting Burke Chevrolet to be a part of Florence's 2nd Annual Lighted Tractor Parade held on December 28th, 2024. Being a part of the parade gave us the perfect view of all of the smiling faces of community members, happy families, and the 48 lighted tractors that led the way. Surrounded by other local businesses and the magical lights, this parade will forever be cherished by the Florence community and hopefully, become a tradition that lasts for years to come.

Burke Chevrolet is teeing off on a big thank you to the Northampton St. Patrick's Association for letting us sponsor the Hole-In-One contest at this year's incredible golf tournament, held on Saturday, June 15th, 2024! As a sponsor, we were so happy to be a part of this friendly competition. It was truly a day that embodied the best of the Northampton community. Through Northampton's St. Patrick's Association, it was their outstanding leadership and dedication that brought this event to life. We at Burke Chevrolet of Northampton are proud to have been a Silver Sponsor for the 10th Annual Meghan's Light Walk held Saturday, June 8th, 2024, at the East Mountain Club in Westfield!
The event was a powerful display of community spirit, bringing people together to raise awareness and critical funds for cystic fibrosis research. Our support reflects our deep commitment to causes that impact the well-being of our neighbors in Western Massachusetts. The Meghan's Light Committee's dedication is truly inspiring. They've raised nearly $400,000 in the past few years and have set their sights on reaching a staggering $1 million. We're honored to play a part in their incredible work.
As Betty Huckowicz from Meghan's Light Committee said according to WWLP-22News, "We've always believed that love and relationships are at the heart of what we do, and I think that was manifested today." This sentiment perfectly embodies the spirit of the event – a testament to the power of community in making a real difference.
