Wish you had a better service that could an accommodate rides home after a drop off let my Toyota Dealer. Got a lot static when I talked about dropping truck off and getting a ride home. The policy I was told about isn’t customer friendly.

I dropped my 2019 Equinox off for an oil change, and also have my front brakes checked for wear. I wasn't sure how long my car would be at Burke Chevrolet, as I left the car off at 7:30am. Much to my surprise my car was available for pickup shortly after I had dropped it off, and my front brakes were fine! This news made my day, looking forward to my future visits with Burke Chevrolet!

I scheduled online a service special for $95.95. I received an email confirming my appointment with the $95.95 price in the email. My wife brought the truck in for the oil change and tire rotation service. She was charged $118.76. I went back the next day to dispute the charge and the woman said she didn't state and present the special coupon, therefore she got charged a la carte. I showed her the email from the dealership stating the price of $95.95 and she said there is nothing she could do. The right thing to do was to say, sorry for the confusion I will charge you what the email from Burke stated and reimburse the money. That didn't happen, I will never go back there again. I usually go to Autmall in Brattleboro, VT. I never have an issue with the service special coupon. Terrible business in my opinion.

I was able to get my car in to the shop in a timely manner, and they fixed the issue I'd brought it in for! They were also able to identify a secondary issue that was overshadowed by the first. Communication was great!
