Had an engine issue and had truck towed to the garage. I was told it would be some time before they could get the truck in since appointments were booked out into June. But by the next day I got a call telling ma a technician had some time and diagnosed and fixed the issue. As always the people at Burke are awesome.

Loved the old school vib of the repair shop area. Reminded my of the Orr Cadillac in Springfield when I delivered newspapers to workers. It was a nice experience!

You helped us make sure what the best thing to do with our truck. With there help we were able to fix are truck and make it last longer. We had 120,000 miles on the truck. Well it all started out with my truck dash lights going out when plowing.I called about doing a wire overlay,because I’ve had it done on other trucks, service department didn’t know anything about it.I went home looked it up on the internet and called and gave them the information. They researched and said yes we can get the parts. This was is technical service bulletin from Gm . Service ordered the parts and made an appointment for me to get it installed. I came in for the repair once and they said oh no we can’t do this you have to go to your fisher dealer.(wrong answer) I had to come back again like two times same thing. Finally I came in when one of your service people came back from sick leave and got the wires installed. I left the truck came back and the did install the wires but didn’t put connectors on the ends,just left bare wires,I said at that time it does no good to have wires installed and nothing to connect to the plow. Know a couple months later I received a bill in the mail for $500 I call and say you might be mistaken about this I haven’t been there in a while.A day or two later I get a call from service saying that this about the wire overlay and connectors??? Service said that I need to get these connectors done,not like I wasn’t there two three and now fourth time. They came picked up truck with plow attached and brought it to Burke for me and delivered it back that day,very nice thank you. I go to take the plow off after the service guy leaves and I cannot get the connection apart either one of them.I end up braking the connection apart to get this plow off my truck . Then he wants me to pay for this last repair job, all this time Paul is very respectful while dealing with me but I don’t believe I had a very good experience which should have been pretty simple I have had this same thing done o n at least two other chevy trucks and there was never any bill. Went in for a scheduled Lube , Oil Change and Filter , & Tire Rotation for my 2024 Equinox. JJ Brown and Jeremy Copsey took good care of me and my vehicle. Prompt , professional and courteous. Additionally, the Service Manager , Mr. Paul Socquet noticed my inspection sticker had expired and he was able to have the vehicle inspected and a new sticker issued even though is was late in the day and approaching five o'clock. I dropped my 2019 Equinox off for an oil change, and also have my front brakes checked for wear. I wasn't sure how long my car would be at Burke Chevrolet, as I left the car off at 7:30am. Much to my surprise my car was available for pickup shortly after I had dropped it off, and my front brakes were fine! This news made my day, looking forward to my future visits with Burke Chevrolet!
